It Has Begun!!!

The new cabinets have been in the front room taunting us. Wayne decided that it was time to take down some wall cabinets.

This is the kitchen before we started....

Here comes the first cabinet

This cabinet was to the left of the stove. YUP you see right. They burned the cabinet and covered it with contact paper.

This is where the above cabinet was on the wall. You can see the soot still covers the walls behind and above the cabinet. When Wayne took the cabinet down, there were two screw in the back but they were not screwed into anything but drywall. The sheer pressure of being wedged in the corner was the only thing that kept it on the wall. Oh and the gunk build up. ;)
