Today I had Aly's first official Parent-Teacher conference. She is doing GREAT! The teacher says she is happy and vibrant. She is progressing with great speed and doing very well. I figured I would hear she is talkative but that was never brought up so I am assuming she is okay in that department.
Below is Aly's writing. She is learning that letters combine to make words. In class, getting the beginning and the ending sounds correct is appropriate for this time of year; however, Aly is doing very well at distinguishing middle sounds also. She is doing really well and I couldn't be more proud of our growing girl.
